I used Jon for both the sale of my property and the purchase of my new home. In selling, it was Jon's professional reputation that put us in a position to get the price I wanted and the close date that worked for me. My biggest accolade to Jon is in the purchasing of a new home. I had worked for a couple of years with another agent looking for my next move. I often ended up seeing places that weren't in my price range or were not my style. I don't think there was one singe place that Jon showed me that I wouldn't have seriously considered living in, and he worked tirelessly with me to find the right fit. I suppose the greatest strength for Jon would be his ability to understand your style, your needs and your goals for the future. I love my new home and my new neighborhood, I would recommend Jon any time, although only to my really good friends, his time and effort are golden!
